3MC Design and Build is an owner operated business specializing in custom finish carpentry. We give 110% to ensure you get the results you want everytime. We have 25 years of experience with all phases of construction from small custom detailed design work to large additions and renovations. Our clients comment time and again on the professionalism and courteous treatment of their home. Our goal is to give you the best results possible with the least inconvenience to you and your family. The jobsite is kept as clean as possible during construction and all materials and trash is removed upon completion of your project. Scott works directly with his clients to assist with design and personal choice options and has 25 years of experience to lead the homeowner in bringing their vision to fruition. Employees and subcontractors are chosen for their values, cleanliness, skill, and lack of alcohol or drug use.
Scott is quick to respond to all communication whether it is by phone, email, or text and has great rappor with his clients and with experienced and reliable subcontractors. Prior to transferring to Northern Colorado, Scott worked with several design companies within Anchorage and his work is featured in the Fall 2011 edition of Alaska Home Magazine. www.alaskahomemag.com under the name Alaska Summit Construction.
